It was realized by some educated youth of Arampora Sopore that this area along with its surroundings area is lacking behind in the field of education, a factor quite important for all kind of developments. So in order to help the people to understand the importance of education and human resource. This group of youth decided to come forefront and finally established an Institution with soul purpose of educational upliftment of common masses. The Institution has been established in Zone Sopore on "14th October 2000" under the title " Arqum Institute of Education " with its main campus in Zone Sopore.
The school has been established for the purpose to remove illiteracy, to meet the educational needs of the huge population of the Sopore Town and the area around its vicinity, to help all educational policies of the Govt. for the betterment of education of common masses. The institution has undertaken the challenge to promote education without exploiting and deceiving the common masses.
The institution is doing its operation in terms
of eradicating illiteracy, un-develop ness, unawareness and
trying its best to provide quality and career education irrespective of
caste, color, creed and religion.
To create a sense and nature of humanistic, sympathetic and discipline is the underlying concept behind the establishment of our institution. The institution being selfless and un-materialistic and very much promised to all its agreement, what is made with society? Our chief operation so far as academics are concerned is to provide its students a thought of being sincere and un-compromised and un-materialistic in future as our society is engulfed in present.
Therefore, the students seeking admission in the school are expected to have the motto "in all things be men", Sincerity, Truthfulness, Straightforwardness, Courtesy and Honesty should reflect from the day-to-day behavior of the wards.
The main aim is to equip young generation with the latest scientific and technological awareness and know how. Sincere efforts are going to be made to impart integrated modern scientific and religious education through state-of-the-art teaching methodologies and tools. Efforts are to be made to provide all the modern basic facilities like spacious and airy classrooms, laboratories, update library, bathrooms, audio-visual teaching aids, Children Park, hostel facilities, transport and other allied services which a modern school must have. We wish to take the school to Secondary School level.
Generally, the admission notice is published in any daily newspaper/ Cable Network and hoarding immediately after the annual examinations are over in the month of October. In response to this notice, admission forms are issued against prescribed fee, form are entertained along with the relevant credentials duly attested. Therefore, the parents are advised to follow the procedure before the admission is sought for their children.
